We opened the door and no one looked up, all looking down at their computer or phone(?). As we arrived at the entrance, there were 3 female front desk employees. And needed a local getaway for the long week and thought, perhaps, it would have improved as a result of bad reviews. I was a little reluctant to stay in this casino resort due to the bad reviews but all other places were fully booked.
